FAQ's

Can I come to the Après Bar if I don’t have a ticket to the Winter Light Trail?
Yes you can! We are open from 4pm on days the Winter Light Trail is open. You do not need a light trail ticket to access the food village and mini chalets.

Are kids and dogs allowed?
ABSOLUTELY! Children and well behaved four legged friends are welcome to join!

Do you serve food?
We stick to what we’re good at, great winter drinks! But we are neighboured by some fantastic, independent food vendors. You are welcome to purchase food from them and bring it in to the bar with you.

Do I need a booking?
You can book our cosy mini chalets (details below), but the rest of the seating is available for walk-ins. So come on down!

Book a Mini Chalet

Our cosy mini chalets are the ideal spot for up to 8 people to enjoy a festive get together. Chalet girls/guys are on hand to bring you anything from our drinks menu throughout your booking! 

Chalet bookings cost £20 per 1 hour 50 min booking slot
